Prompt payments help us keep our rates down and services up to date. We send monthly statements of your account. If your insurance plan pays after you receive your statement and you have already paid your bill, you will see a credit balance on your statement.
Currently we accept the following types of insurance. If you have a question about your coverage, please contact your insurance carrier number on the back of your card. If you have questions about fees, billing or your account, please locate your carrier below and contact our business office for assistance.Edina Family Physicians is not a provider for TRICARE. However, we will submit claims for patients insured under this plan as a courtesy.
A service charge of 1% will be added on accounts with a patient balance due over 60 days.
