Dr. Linda Johnson is a dedicated, well organized, results oriented medical doctor with over 26 years experience in family practice.  She has extensive knowledge and experience in treating pediatrics, osteoporosis, peri-menopause and depression.  Dr. Johnson is also a Peer Educator in Family Practice and a Certified DEXA Scan Reader. 

During her education, Dr. Johnson received her Bachelor of Arts in Natural Science in the Honors Program from the University of St. Mary’s, Winona, MN in 1972.  She then attended James Cook University of South Queensland, Australia and Australian National University, Canberra, Australia  on a Rotary International Fellowship in 1973.  She attended medical school at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, MN from 1974 – 1978.  Her residency was completed at the Hennepin County Medical Center in the Family Practice Department from 1978 – 1981. 

Dr. Johnson and her husband Ray have 2 adult children and live in Bloomington.  Her personal interests include reading, neighborhood book club, travel, cooking, walking and spending time with her adult children.
